Heart - A beating human heart icon, this
will fill up part of your life meter. 
Eldritch Orb - Every time you pick up one
of these small blue spheres, they fill up part of
your POW meter. 
Book: Each book you pick up gives you an
extra life. 
2"x4" - Remember to yell "Timber" when you swing this baby 'cause the monsters will
be falling like flies!
Cinder Block - If you use this the right
way you'll give a new meaning to the word block-head!
Bat - You might not knock 'em out of the
ballpark, but you can knock 'em out of their
socks! Batter up...
Knife - Use this weapon to stay on the
cutting edge.
Cleaver - Chop 'til they drop!
Lead Pipe - Not mentioned in the instruction manual, this lead pipe is found in Stage 5, in the furthest north room on the map.
Ancient Stone - Not mentioned in the instruction manual, this reskin of the cinderblock is found in Stage 5, somewhere in the leftmost set of rooms.
