Syakuga is a hentai/guro parody/fangame based on Splatterhouse. Basically, go fuck/kill a bunch of supernatural creatures and Japanese schoolgirls. That's all I can say about it, really.
Or, as someone once commented: "This would have been a passable game if...:
1. Main character didn't encompass a 3rd of the screen
2. Enemies died in a bit more varied ways other than just exploding blood
3. Wasn't made by a basement-dwelling psychotic Japanese virgin."
